The Nob Hill Haus project started as an experimental design challenge by two LEED accredited architectural designers who wanted to try out new concepts themselves and address -among many other sustainable issues- the two most pressing issues in building green in Southern California: Water and Energy and combine them with the challenges of designing in a hillside area on a budget.
